Has anyone else going to see this? It's a film chronicling the life of Che Guevara. It's coming out today in just a few cities and Houston is one of them. I'm planning on checking out the showing tonight with my Pops. It's actually two movies and they're showing them back to back at the Angelika with a 20 minutes intermission in between. Total runtime: 263 minutes.
Read a lot about Guevara when I was growing up..nothing more hilarious than kids wearing shirts with his face on it when they know nothing about what he really was. Definitely will watch this, he lived an interesting life.
I heard the first part was very action packed and it kept your attention, but the second was lacking. I'll see tomorrow I guess.
they had the whole movie playing in santa monica here till last week but parts 1 and 2 are playing at a theater on my way home from work I saw the trailer for this a few weeks back and it looks really good. I probably will catch part 1 and 2 next week on separate days.
