Ones without insurance that run red lights, t-bone your car and total it, injure your back and shoulder, causing you back problems that you still fight with 6 years later AND drive up YOUR insurance premiums.
It's the guys who see a crowded road or freeway, and ride in the exit lane until the last minute then try and cut in front of others rather than stay in one of the regular lanes.
Tailgaiting is the worst. I usually drive 5-10 over and get tailgated on a regular basis I refuse to speed up or switch lanes unless I am in fast lane.
I really don't encounter many annoying drivers on the road, I just simply ram them out of the way if they commit a moronic driving offense.

Personally, the most annoying are the drivers out there who think they're Mario Andretti, weaving in and out of traffic at about 10-20 mph faster than everyone else. To that person: You aren't a bad-ass, and you will get into an accident. Knock it off.
I put other. I cannot stand people who travel in the fast lane but go 10 mph under the speed limit. Then when you come up behind them they dont move. GET OUT OF THE WAY IF YOU WANNA GO BELOW SPEED LIMIT! LOL.
I actually agree with this. Especially when you are in moderate traffic and that weaving in and out only gets you there 150 ahead of me anyway. Also, the jerks who absolutely refuse to let you over on the 59/610 ramp. I don't understand it. We all need to get somewhere, and you're dickishness is actually going to make the traffic worse. Eventually I will just pass you up and get in front of someone else who isn't an idiot and you'll behind me anyway.
I hate the ones who are apparently annoyed that the person in front of them is driving too slow. So they move over into your lane... and proceed to drive the same f@#king speed as the the person who was in front of them. And now they're this slow moving wall that you can't get around. Like they're marching with their elbows locked in unity against the tyranny of high speed.

The ones who are decelerating or braking to merge onto a freeway. The ones who switch lanes without checking mirrors and blind-spots. The ones who don't know that it's legal in Texas to turn left on a red light if you're turning off of a one-way, onto a one-way (i.e. downtown Houston). The ones in pickups who have crap in their truck bed with the tailgate down. The ones who have kids in their car that aren't in child seats, but should be. The ones who are playing their stereo too damn loud. The ones who cram 18 people into one car. The ones who have those stupid blue headlights. The ones who turn on their fog lamps unnecessarily. The ones who are drunk. The ones who are driving 90+ mph, tailgating and weaving in-and-out of traffic. My dad is Mr. Can't-pick-a-lane. He drives between lanes, waiting to see which one goes faster and with the intent of going into that lane... but he never switches and just drives down the lane stripe.
