What Morning shows do you guys listen to more often? Ill post a few of the ones i listen to but which do you listen to most often?
Dropped half-a-grand on an XM Inno 3 years ago so I could listen to national talk radio: just Ron-n-Fez, Bloomberg and BBC Radio for me. And I live in Omaha, where Todd-N-Tyler is the adequate morning talk show. But I used to inhale John-and-Lance back in college, and I even miss Granato's "Sports Night Live" show on Channel 51.
http://blogs.chron.com/sportsmedia/2009/10/radio_ratings_update_for_septe.html Radio ratings update for September Dean and Rog are on the verge of catching up to Walton and Johnson among men 25-54, according to the Arbitron ratings for September. The two are now separated by only two-tenths of a point in audience share in the key demo. KKRW (93.7 FM) is in third place in the demo behind KLTN (102.9 FM) and KTBZ (94.5 FM) while KGLK (107.5) moved into fifth behind KTRH (740 AM). Walton and Johnson on the Arrow still have a edge of about 24,000 listeners in average weekly cumulative listeners, which is about the same as last month, but Dean and Rog on the Eagle drew closer on the strength of a slight increase in time spent listening and a slight decline at the Arrow in that category. Elsewhere in men 25-54, KLTN and the Buzz are 1-2 in middays and are tied in average share in afternoon drive. KMJQ (102.1 FM) and KBXX (97.9 FM) lead in nighttime. In other demos: The Buzz kept first place in morning drive but led KLTN by just a tenth of a ratings share point. The Box, KRBE and KTRH rounded out the top five. KLTN and the Buzz, both with share totals above 10, were 1-2 at midday, and the Box retains a huge lead in afternoon drive, evenings and in the weeklong numbers. Persons 18-49: KLTN moved past the Buzz and the Box into first place in morning drive and middays, and the Box held onto its lead in afternoons and evenings and in the weeklong numbers. Persons 25-54: KLTN also took over first place in this demo in morning drive, moving past Magic, which dropped to third behind the Buzz. KLTN also moved past Sunny 99.1 by a tenth of a share point into first place in middays, but Sunny retained its lead in afternoons. The Box and Magic switched spots atop the rankings in evenings. KODA led the weeklong numbers over Magic and the Box. In persons 12-plus, the only demo in which Arbitron allows the use of actual numbers, KLTN has a 6.3 audience share in morning drive, a tenth of a point ahead of Magic. The Buzz at 5.7, KTRH at 5.4 and KSBJ (89.3 FM) at 5.2 ut the top five. The Eagle is 11th at 3.4 and the Arrow is 15th at 2.9. KODA (99.1 FM) has the highest morning drive cumulative audience at 452,700 listeners per week. Sunny and KTRH share the midday lead with 8.0 shares in persons 12-plus. Sunny leads in afternoon drive at 7.8 with a staggering 785,200 average weekly listeners. The Box at 10.9 leads at night. Here are stations with more than a million cumulative listeners per week: Sunny, 1.82 million; KRBE (104.1 FM), 1.293 million; The Boxx, 1.172 million; KHMX (96.5 FM), 1.19 million; KKHH (95.7 FM), 1.1 million; and the Buzz, 1.016 million.
