Morning Brain Fart

    I was watching the sunrise once again on my commute into Austin and wondered why the sun is round and not square. Why are all planets round and not some other shape?

    Oh well, just a thought.......!

    Gravity exerts a force eqaully in all directions. Of course, the sun, planets, etc. are slightly wider than they are tall, but that is due to the forces caused by their spinning.
