    We are stuck in the middle with nowhere to go. He keeps chasing and signing these ****ing rookies and unsigned trash in the middle of one of our biggest moments in rockets history. Instead he goes and does a world tour showing up at every morning radio show talking about how great he is. Never seen any other Gm boast like this.

    None of those guys that we traded will help us beat the warriors in the playoffs, only guy that we gonna miss is my man Pat, but you have to do whatever it takes to get that 2nd superstar.

    I knew this was going to happen. These past two days I have read some ridiculous expectations. I bet OP was in a crowd that believed KD was on his way to Houston to join his pal Harden bcse the Warriors were due to lose Iggy and Livingston

    no other way to get Paul, morey played it well. It had to be done, Houston wasn't going to the finals with it's roster. Now Houston has 2 attractive parts, which makes finding a third possible. George is clearly a 1 year rental, he will be a Laker. Waiting for another move from Morey, somebody in the 4-5 slot for sure. Or an Ariza replacement, he's far past his prime.

    I expected this thread if Morey couldn't get anyone of importance at all come mid-July.

    Lmao even if Morey doesn't get another big fish, we are still one of the few winners this offseason.
