The way the deal has been outlined to me, is that New York would send out Patrick Ewing, David Wingate and the draft rights to Lavor Postell, and would receive Vin Baker, and GLEN RICE from the Lakers. This deal appears to be a 4 team deal according to sources near the situation. The exact details have the Knicks receiving Baker and Rice, The Lakers receiving Christian Laettner, and Lavor Postell. The Sonics receiving Patrick Ewing, while the Detroit Pistons land Vladimir Stepania, Greg Foster, Vernon Maxwell (Sonics) Ty Lue and John Celestand (Lakers) David Wingate (Knicks) in addition to several draft picks. It seems like there are currently two hold-ups: Glen Rice must agree to join the Knicks, and Mo Taylor must agree to join Seattle. So far neither is for sure yet. ------------------
I guess considering there are so many threads about Mo Taylor to start with, we're going to need a LOT saying that he's not available anymore just to balance things out... ------------------
I think it's the neutralization factor in effect now on the BBS. For every post that said he was traded, we now must have a post that says, he wasn't. It's a return to the symbiotic relationship between user and BBS. However, somewhere along the way I suspect that the laws of thermodynamics will prevail and we'll eventually see a gradual tendency towards entropy.
