They(Rose) said the Rockets is the most well balance team in the league(inside out) and they also said Yao has developed a killer instinct and is carrying the team!

    Take that yao hater!

Wow, most balanced team in the league? That's a huge statement, who said it? Interesting...

most balanced .....meaning we haven't made any trade while other caliber teams are trading like crazy and we finally got the 8th spot?

Jalen Rose....he's a good analyst...just objective, none of that annoying Stephen A. Smith crap.

Whats-his-face on NBATV was saying the same thing earlier, and also commented that the Rockets have very good size.

Good to enjoy the fun right now. March looms, though. That's when we'll really know just how good this team is - whether they're finally ready to contend in the West or are just another also-ran.

That would be me. The guy last name is Rose(can't remember his first) of NBA Fast Break. He used to play in the NBA with  R. Miller...gotta admit though he does tend to exeggerate things.

yao isn't as dominant offensively as last yr statistically, but he's a much more well-rounded player. i think this is the best he has played in his career b/c he's become more of a leader.

but again, all this is gravy as this is just the reg. season. the true test for yao is to elevate his game in the playoffs to the superstar level. he didn't do that last yr. so hopefully, this is the year he'll break out in the playoffs and help this team get to that other level the organization has never reached in a decade. if he can do that, oh my, the yao mania will finally reach other places other than houston ;)

I know....I didn't think we'd see the days where people don't know who JALEN ROSE is so soon.....I mean, I don't even think I'm old, and I remember the Fab Five like it was yesterday (I'm 25)

Man, I just about cried when C-Webb called that non-existant time out. Seriously, I bet like $50 that Michigan would win it all.

I was reminded of that game the other night when Szcerbiak pulled a Webber...what ever happened to King and Jackson?

Man, I think Jalen Rose has some good things to say, but the way he says them really annoys me. He just tends to drag his words out and at times, he really exaggerates things. Plus, he doesn't have the whole "analyst" back and forth thing down yet. His timing is really off when the host of the show (cant remember his name) tries to work a segment with him!

I was at a bar in midtown when they ran this piece. I couldn't make out what Rose was saying. The cool part? Jack Sikma was sitting 10ft away trying to read lips just like I was.

As much as I hate to say it, the Lakers are probably the most well balanced team, now that they've stolen Pau Gasol from Memphis.

I think he means that we're balancing ourselves in that thin line between playoffs and lottery.
