Jimmy with the Sam Casserole shout out. Jimmy saying the beauty of Harden's game is drawing fouls. Jimmy asking why Mike doesn't call more plays coming out of the timeout. Jimmy dropping bbal knowledge bombs throughout the game. Easy to listen to as well. PS. Jimmy would have been amazing on this small ball Rockets team.
Really liked the commentators throughout. Not biased and actually insightful. But I'm sure when playoffs come around we will be stuck with Reggie Miller.
I thought he sounded nervous but knowledgeable. It'll take some time for him but I always loved the guy. He'll get there.
I demand to know why Jim Jackson's name is not preceded by "Rockets Legend". Put some damn respect on that man's name.
He has a voice and cadence that really works for TV. Would work for radio too. I also like Webber on TNT. Reggie Miller on the other hand sounds like an excitable 14 year old that's trying too hard.
Oh man, I watched the Houston feed. I'm still recovering from CWebb I didn't turn to TNT until the game was over.
I really liked Jim Jackson when he played here, but I will never forget that missed three pointer at the end of game one against the Lakers. He played decent that series, even had a game with 20 rebounds IIRC, but I can’t even begin to describe how sad I was when he missed that three pointer.
