    I dont care if Yao fouls out every game,
    but i think he could put A LOT more effort into blocking shots.

    He seem to have difficulty jumping. He does not jump all that much. Collier jumps higher than him. Plus his hands are relatively short.

    with a frame like that should you even have to jump?

    Yao was just plain lost last night. He is in awe by the speed of the game. He did not have time to react. He would think about it and then the shot would be gone. It will take some time for him to get some timing down on blocks. Remember, the reason Dream is the leading shotblocker in NBA history, is not because of height, but because of instinct and timing. Yao needs to get used to the speed of the game and his timing will come.
