just finished watchin a segment on PTI that was a toss up question: who would win more championships..yao ming or greg oden??...bob ryan stuck with yao bc he has been supporting yao since he came in the league...while wilbon "jumped off" the yao bandwagon and said oden would....just thought was some interesting stuff........... :) :)

already predicting championship? Karl Malone never won a championship and he was a great player. There's many great player that didn't win championship. Tim Duncan is the only one whom I've seen ( because I didnt watch the NBA until 1998) that won almost right away.

Even Shaq didn't win til a while.

Yao hasn't passed 1st round till now, and Oden not even in this league.

    Here's a more interesting question:

Who's more likely to win an NBA Championship this year? Yao or Oden?

oden is likely going to the worst team in the league. no way can 1 man have that great of an impact on the worst team. it will take him 4-5 years just to get where yao is now.

if philly someone gets the #1 pick, then oden may have a good chance.

    andre miller
    rodney carney
    andre iguodala
    webber
    oden

they have the #2 pick right now, memphis has #1. memphis just got pau back, and philly just got alot worse, so its not a stretch that oden will win a chip before yao.

Well I think Yao has a better chance to win one because he's younger.

    Isn't he? :p

oden and noah both will be studs, but i think noah is more comparable to yao's skillset than oden. oden is closer in size, yeah, but he can't shoot worth ****. and we all know how high joakim's motor his.

i think the more appropriate question should be:
who will win more championships - yao or joakim?
