It seems like alot of speculation, though I don't doubt any of it.

Trade him to the Knicks where he belongs..............

They made a huge mistake by not trading him for at least something. I've lost a lot of respect for Geoff Petrie. It will be difficult to start focusing on which of their younger players are keepers with Ron the radioactive psycho still around.

They should have taken a first round pick and a bag of doughnuts for him.

The guy is still bat**** crazy. I couldn't believe people here were complaining when we didn't get this guy before the deadline.

    I love Ron Artest...

when he does that to the Jazz and isn't a part of our team. Even though Ron is a bum and Harpring, Boozer and crew are probably good guys I love watching him knock them around.

hell yea...love artest....he aint takin none of that crap from harpring....i would take harpring on my team any day, but he does cross the line between legal "banging" in the paint and fouls....he just shoves his midsection HARD into someone with full force...he's dirty ...perfect for the jazz

OK, then Najera and jelly doughnuts from the Nuggets would have been good enough.

Holy crap. He isn't crazy at all in that video. That was absolutely beautiful!!! I am dead serious. What a competitor. That was a great performance. Two men battling in Artest and Harpring. I love it. That "no layups" part was great too. Damn right no layups. Great mentality. Pounding the chest? Love it. Sometimes when you are taking a beating and you have a nasty home crowd rooting against you its time to man up and go berserker rage on their ass. Admirable effort by Artest there. Seriously.

I agree. I was prepared to rip into Artest, but there really isn't much to that video. He's just letting out his frustration within the confines of the bball game. Boxing out hard, fighting for position, trying to get in the head of the guy guarding you ... just the nature of the game. I wish TMac would flash a little bit of that kind of passion sometimes, instead of just mostly wilting and settling for what the defense gives him.

Exactly. I also figured Artest was making an ass of himself but no. What I saw was a breath of fresh air.

Yes, that was a very inspirational clip. We all know how bad the officiating can be in Utah... Ron just made sure the refs knew how bad he can be if they didn't do their job.

We could have used some of that last year...

i just had to rewatch that clip since it was so amazing... On the last play... ron should have wound his arm around boozers and just pulled up... Instant dislocation of Boozers shoulder.

    Give ron the MLE please!!

That video is awesome... DAMN!! I wish we had a player like that! Bonzi was sort of on that Rasheed/Artest level of toughness..

We need a hard nose player like him, I saw this game against UTAH on TV, Ron is tough and kept fighting, the second tech foul came in mid fourth quarter, when King was doomed to lose. Ron choose a time to exit.
I love this player, what he has is Rockets needs.
    Get him this summer!
