This is probably old news, but I didn't know anything about it. "It happens to the best of players," Norris said of his shooting slump. "You get in a little drought. I was trying to do the best I could to help my team." But Tomjanovich had no complaints with Norris, and cited his continuing problems with plantar fasciaitis "The guy is gutting it out," Tomjanovich said. "He is in pain. The guy is soaking his feet every opportunity. Even at halftime, the guy soaks his feet. He's a real pro." Does this legitimately affects poor performances of late? Maybe, maybe no. You decide.
Plantar Fascitis is the most trendy injury in the league right now...Shaq, Glen Rice, Steve, Moochie...I'm sure we'll be seeing a "DNP - Plantar Fascitis" under every box score pretty soon... On a side note, that big contract that Moochie got in the offseason isn't looking as bad as everybody initially thought...I'd say he's earned his money, at least this year...
Mooch has hit 2 game winning shots this year. He also has hit 2 (or is it 3?) last second shots to send games into overtime. He was doing it last year too.
