Did you guys see that? Moochie dribbed behind Bobby Jackson's back and drove to the hoop, didn't score though. That was awesome.

His dribbling was so impressive he decided to show it to us some more as he dribbled out the final 19 seconds of the half without doing a damn thing.

Right now I trust Kevin Gilbride writing up an offensive game plan for the Rockets more than Rudy T.

If the move had just been for show I wouldn't have liked it but since it did accomplish the getting around of jackson I thought it was awesome and cool to look at also.

The end of the half by mooch was amazingly bad.

However, overall mooch was a positive tonight.

I like the way Tierre Brown was running the offense for the minute or so he was out there. It was like Rudy wanted him to slow down and dribble more before making his decisions.

I don't know why so many of you guys are so high on Moochie. Yea he can make some plays here and there, but for the most part, he's a dribbling clown who takes worse shots than Mobley. He's a point guard who can't pass the ball. What kind of point guard is that?? He tries to create his own plays EVERY time (when I say everytime, I mean EVERY TIME), and when he get's stuck, he chunks these horrible passes back out to the perimeter praying someone will catch it. He's only 6' for crying out loud, and he tries to take it in the lane on 3 guys twice his size. This guy needs some work.

MOOCHIE CAN'T BREAK DOWN THE DEFENSE.
    -------------------------------------------------------------
Enough said. On the last 3 possessions, Moochie drove to the basket, but since he wasn't quick enough (Francis), he couldn't break down the defense and drive to the hoop. We will be missing this aspect of Francis' game for the next 6 weeks.

Being we are paying Moochie 3 mil per season, and he did have a good nite tonite, could we trade for Eric Snow of the '76'ers, move Steve to the 2 guard, with Cuttino to back him up at point???

The little dribbler was at it again. M.Norris aka, "the little dribbler"dribbles, dribbles, dribbles. Oh my, the shot clock is about to expire, wait, I will throw up a prayer, er uh, a brick! But wait, I have another chance next time down the floor. Oh good, I will dribble, dribble, dribble....etc. I have no idea why some of you like this guy. He seems clueless. Incidently, do the rockets have any plays? Griffin gets nine minutes! I would rather see him at point. Torres has potential. Anybody but the little dribbler. Can Cato's and Morris's contracts be altered for non-performance? You mean they just get the money if they show up for the games and dress out?

He dribbles a lot but he is MUCH better at running the offense then Francis, did you see how much KT benefitted from the high Pick n roll.

I have lived here in Austin for the past few years, so I haven't gotten the chance to see many of the Rox games. That being said, what I have noticed is that Moochie is probably an average starter/good 2nd string 1. But, when he is on the floor with Steve and Cuttino he flourishes off their games and vice versa. That is precisely why we paid him so handsomely............chemistry with our top players (who happened to be in street clothes tonight).

Moochie didn't run the high PnR all that much different from Francis tonight. KT was just a little more effective driving to the basket against the Kings than he is against teams with better PFs.

    Moochie sucks.

    Moochie sucks.

    Get it in your heads.

He can penetrate half decently but can't finish, nor is he willing to tak open layups, preferring to kick out for 3 pt bricks.

It makes me long for Matt Maloney.

I can't remember how many times the past two seasons I saw Moochie charging through a wall of big men to float one up, or how many times he put up a last second long prayer shot that fell. I think that's why he's doing that now - he's made them more than once in the past.

I realize I'm in the minority here, but I want him to take those shots with Steve & Cuttino out. I'd rather Mooch took those shots than dishing it to Rice or TMo right now.

If he's confident in the shooter he's passing to then he'll share the ball. If they're not hitting then I don't want him to share. I'm not sure if anyone's noticed, but we've got at least three black holes on the court at any given time right now. These guys are flat missing open shots, and I don't really blame the distributors (Mooch and Steve) for not passing as much.

If our shooters actually start hitting their shots and our PGs still aren't passing, then something really is wrong...
