Dude that is so cool!!

I like the section on construction of it. It is really cool.

 

My wife would never go for it...but that is very cool.

Honestly...my thought on rail is if you're gonna do it, do it right. It's infrastructure that will last for many, many years. Don't mess around with light rail which runs at street level and interferes with traffic.. if you're gonna spend hundreds of millions and eventually billions of dollars, do it right...elevate it and make it monorail..runs on magnet technology...how cool is that?? Talk about making something that would be a signature piece for your town!!

But I'd want them to look EXACTLY like they do in DisneyWorld!! Mickey Mouse symbol and all!!

 

A homemade monorail surely can't be safe. Reminds me of my attempts at a homemade guitar.

This guy would never make a monorail for us. It's really more of a Shelbyville idea.

Incidentally, he built a monorail in Fremont, and it put them on the map.
