Plastic surgery or not, there are some signs that make it obvious. still, she does look younger than her age.

Based on the body alone, the one of the left is the mom. But the one on the right's face doesn't look like a 29 year old. She looks more like a 39 year old. I'll still go with left is mom and right is daughter.
Mom and daughter are going to tag team on some unsuspecting poor dude...either in a take us or leave us scenario or Mom tries to pass as daughter one late night. Creepy unless the they are both hot. I tend to lean toward creepy in this scenario.

Definitely the one on the left. If the one on the right had that much plastic surgery and her nose still looks like that, she should get her money back.
