I believe the theme of the Lottery will lean towards big men , Guys like Jefferson and White could slip to us at 18 .

Geez, if the Sonics really did pick another foreign center, I might just give up and root for the Rockets.

The High-Schoolers are making this a very unpredictable draft. Here's a little article from the preview site from NBATalk about Rodney White:
White Works Out for Bulls, But is Thinking of MJ the Whole Time

Hand it to Charlotte forward Rodney White. He's a loyal guy. When Michael Jordan wanted him to come to Washington for another workout, White just up and canceled his workout with the Bulls a few weeks ago. Of course, a lot of guys would do that for Michael, especially when he holds the number one pick.

White finally got his workout in with the Bulls today, but couldn't get MJ off his mind after the workout. "Nobody really knows what the Wizards are going to do," White told reporters. "I talked to them, it sounds real good that there's a chance I could be there. Realistically, I don't think I will be No. 1. That's just me thinking. I always hope for the best and prepare for the worst."

White said that even if Jordan doesn't come knocking, he'll go in the mid-lottery. "I don't think I'll drop past seven, because I think New Jersey's real interested and Vancouver (at No. 6) is really interested. I want to go to the right situation. The number doesn't really matter."

White worked out with high school big man Kwame Brown Wednesday. Brown told reporters that he wished he would have shot the ball better at the workout. White said. "Kwame did real good and has a lot of potential.” But then added, "I won every game, whether it was one-on-one or two-on-two."

Jerry West said White is hands down the best player in the draft and I don't think he would try to blow any smoke.

Randy White would not slip past the Rockets, but he should be gone by #8, depending on how many centers go. Diop and Chandler are big ifs. Both could be bottom lottery.
