I don't think this has been posted yet, but I may be wrong...

As we all know, when MoT is healthy and ready to come back, he will have to sit for 5 games due to his drug suspension. Does anyone else think or hope that even if he is not 100% by the end of the seaseon, that he will be activated so that his suspension can be served this year instead of next.

Is there some kind of NBA oversight in a situation like this that would require Mo to be certified 100% healthy before the suspension can be served?

I want him to get the suspension out of the way this year, so that we can go into next year without it disrupting the start of the season.

Yep, it's been discussed...I'm sure somebody will pull up the original thread.

I think there's some obscure rule in the CBA that prevents that sort of situation.

With the suspension does it mean that MoT can be activated 5 days before the trainers think he's ready to run the court again so he wont miss a beat? I thought I heard something about him coming back after the all-star break.
