If so what move will he make and will it be like all of his other moves - BAD? Chad Ford: (1:20 PM ET ) I think Danny will do something. The Detroit thing is out there. So is a deal with the Rockets that would bring back Maurice Taylor and Bostjan Nachbar. I think Danny really wants to put one more big stamp on the team. Obviously Chucky Atkins doesn't really fit the profile . . . Taylor and Nachbar make a little more sense, though Taylor's salary is just awful. I expect to see them do something before the end, just not sure what yet.

I could see Maurice going just to clear his contract off the books. The Rockets just made a mistake in giving him such a big contract which is undoubtedly hurting the team's flexibility in terms of signing free agents. I think Weatherspoon's ability to play the 4 in recent days is going to play a factor in whether Mo is traded by the deadline.

There have been a lot of rumors, but I think the Rockets will sit back and wait until the summer. They've shopped Kelvin Cato, Mo Taylor and Bostjan Nachbar, but no bites yet.
I think trading Mo w/o getting an offensively-skilled PF in return is a mistake...Mo is a huge spark off the bench. When Cato comes in for Yao, that leaves Spoon in at the 4...doesn't really present much of an offensive threat...
but mo is actually the "best" power forward we have - please don´t trade him for an even worse contract -> raef ...detroit´s prince would be a nice additin, but i don´t feel, this will happen

Chad Ford: (1:43 PM ET ) It looks like the Pistons have traded for Sheed. I'm awaiting word on details but a very good source has confirmed that they have a "done deal."
If the Rockets can create some cap space by trading Taylor or Cato then that may not be such a bad move. If they think there is a good free agent or two that they want to go after during the summer and they feel they will need more cap space to make some summer moves then unloading Taylor or Cato for expiring contracts would not be that bad of an idea. If they do deal with Boston, I would like them to get Walter Mcarty out of the deal. He's a good defender who can shoot the three-ball. A kind of player we could use.
according to a boston radio station it´s a three-way deal Detroit gets - Sheed and Mike James Atlanta gets - Chris Mills, Bobby Sura, Zelly Rebraca, 1st round draft pick Boston Gets - Chucky Atkins and Lindsey Hunter
