FWIW, 610 AM is reporting that Maurice Taylor is out for the rest of the season due to the Achilles troubles.

If the final dagger wasn't already in, it is now.

Is it possible that Mo has already played his last game as a Rocket???

If we somehow come away with Webber this summer, than it might be true. Too bad for Mo, he won't even get a chance to audition for next year in these last few games.

Mo's already done a fine job auditioning this season. I think the league has got a pretty good sense of him now. He really can shoot and he really can't rebound. But he's not the whiner he seemed to be with the Clips.

Mo's coming back next year. It makes the most sense for him to stay with this team.

Getting Webber is a pipe dream.

The Rockets are one of the best organizations in the NBA. I don't see why Mo would leave, especially if we resign Dream which seems very likely according to the latest chron article.

I just hope he recovers fully and this injury won't linger into next year.

You have no idea if we are getting Webber or not. Houston is one of 3 teams (I could be wrong here) that can sign Webber to the max, and the Knicks are not one of those teams.

I'm just going by what other people on this board have said. These people also seem to have some sort of connection to the "scene", so I trust them when they say the odds of getting Webber aren't that high.

Thanks for the 13 and 6 MO. But its time for a real PF to step in [IMG] With 25mil under the cap like ESPN reported I think an 8yr 136million will be enough to sign Webber [IMG]

Man I hope Dream comes back, or they get a SF than can rebound. I doubt Mo will come back if he can't hide behind someone, and to be frank, the no rebounding piece of **** grew on me.

Achebe, I concur. Mo might not be Webber or Garnett, but he seems like a decent guy who likes it here. As you say, if we keep him (highly likely), we need a SF who can board. We can't keep hoping Francis will carry the load.

Hopefully we can make trade up in the draft and pick Shane Battier. I know he would really help Houston out.

Marion is the only small forward that can board. Well him and Grant Hill. How about Cato for Marion or Hill [IMG]

If anyone was at the last game and heard someone yelling "Cato you SUCK"! Well it was me. [IMG] God he SUCKS! [IMG]

Mo Taylor is a bust. Said it in November, and I'll say it in April. How do you get Achilles problems? Sure, accidents happen. But, above all, it's a result of NO CONDITIONING. His fat ass has been out of NBA playing shape all year. Sorry it had to end like this, but happy trails, fatty.

That "Tweak" is not me. You can check the IP numbers or whatever. Ask an administrator if you want, that isn't me.
