NBAtalk has learned that Mo Taylor has once again began talking with the Rockets. After being ready to sign in Seattle yesterday, Taylor has begun talking to the Rockets again. Without Taylor in the deal, the Sonics will not pursue Ewing..... So houston is back in it?? ------------------ "And Raul missess the Penalty in the 89th minute of the Euro2000 and Spain is sadend again" by Spanish Fan
NBAtalk isn't the most reliable of sources, but it definitely is encouraging to hear that he's talking with us again. Imagine if the biggest trade in years is blocked because the Rockets sign Mo Taylor. AWESOME! If it could only happen... ------------------ Looking for next year's Dan Langhi? Though it may be to our benefit, I think this is setting a bad standard , especially this summer for all the deals verbally agreed to but the player ultimately not following through and signing with someone else. I would not all be surprised if Mo did wind up signing here in Houston for some odd reason. Whatever he does, i will not be surprised by it, unless he goes to a completely different team than has even been discussed. ------------------ And tonight...From the Bank United Center...Your Houston Rockets and Miami Heat in Game 1 of the 2004 NBA Finals!!!!!
If he REALLY is seriously talking to us ladies and gentlemen, the cat is in the bag and we have landed our offseason prize. But this could turn out to be a move to scare Seattle into doing the Baker/Ewing swap right away. We´ll find out soon, i guess. I can´t stand this Mo melodrama anymore and i sure hope it comes to a happy ending. ------------------ "Behold the coming of the Almighty"
The Rockets need to make an extra push for Mo, just to make sure they maintain their record as a part of the largest trade. ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
I just heard on 1 on 1 sports SportsFlash that the Baker-Ewing trade talks could be be hampered by Taylor talking w/ the Rockets again. Hopefully that's the case. Besides making us a little better,it prevents Seattle from both players. ------------------
Taylor has already come to agreement with Seattle contingent on a Vin Baker move. The agreement was reached yesterday. I doubt these Taylor talking to Houston talks are true. ------------------
Just like he had reached an agreement with Orlando and Toronto as well. I seriously doubt if NBAtalk, Sports Radio, the Houston Chronicle, and all of these places are wrong in saying the deal is not done. I honestly believe he is talking to Houston, and that we have a good shot. The Seattle Times reported Taylor had agreed to sign after the trade. The Houston Chronicle, NBAtalk, sports radio stations, and other things contradict that. I didn't know the Seattle Times was the god of all papers. ------------------ Looking for next year's Dan Langhi? Draftsource.net Assimilate David Falk!!
So are you saying that if Seattle can't trade Vin Baker, Taylor may never play basketball again? ------------------ "All these white guys running onstage making believe they're in gangs...Gangs would chew 'em up and spit them out. They'd put peas and carrots alongside them. 'Yo wussup! My name is Eminem.' Really? I'd like to see you walk down the streets alone in Harlem at night and see where that Eminem stuff gets you." - Gene Simmons Metal Sludge
Nothing is official until the ink is on the paper. ------------------ Don't you have anything better to do?
According to sources out of Seattle, Taylor agreed prior to the deal. From all indications, a Ewing to Seattle deal will happen; the size and number of teams involved are what still need sorting out. ------------------
And according to sources now Taylor is talking to Houston about signing here. How are these sources today not as good as the ones that reported Taylor would go to Seattle yesterday?? ------------------ Looking for next year's Dan Langhi? Draftsource.net Assimilate David Falk!!
I couldn't disagree with your more houmedman25. I would like to know what was in the Seattle deal for Mo Taylor? It appears to me that it was all about David Falk and the rest of his clients. I think agents should be strictly prevented from arranging multiple team trades with multiple players that they represent. An agent is supposed to be acting purely on behalf of his client, and his client only. Falk is using his representation of several players to leverage off each other. Tell me how David Falk has ONLY Mo Taylors best interests at heart when at the same time he is trying to please two of his other clients. What a joke. ------------------ Current Rocket's Salary & Contract Info

I'm watching NBA.comTV right now and the little news ticker bar at the bottom of the screen says Mo just signed with Seattle today. It doesn't say for how much or how long though... ------------------ Ugh, Another Rockets off-season....I'm gonna need a keg of Pepto-Bismol. The only source I have found saying that taylor is talking to Houston are those guys at NBAtalk, who are often wrong. I have been listening to the Seattle sports station (which happens to be owned by the Sonics) via the internet and they say a deal is done however the only issue is the exact size and number of teams involved. ------------------
The Chronicle reported that Taylor had not made up his mind, and sports radio stations are also reporting Taylor is talking to Houston. ------------------ Looking for next year's Dan Langhi? Draftsource.net Assimilate David Falk!!
The big trade is dead as far as I know the pistons pull out of the deal, that means MO is not going to Sonics not unless another team will join the hunt for some big name players like Ewing And Baker. If Ewing will land to Sonics That means MO will sign with sonics. Tired with all this rumors flying everywhere. ------------------ Rudy T. will find and fulfill Rockets destiny.
