There are some rumors that Mo will sign for the exception with Houston... Anyone else want to back up this rumor... It may be false, but lets keep our fingers crossed that it is not... http://boards.espn.go.com/cgi/espn/request.dll?MESSAGE&room=nba_hou&id=15291 ------------------ Where ever you go, there you are...
That's the same guy that reported the Rasheed Wallace stuff a week or two ago. It's all BS. Don't get your hopes up yet. ------------------ Looking for next year's Dan Langhi? well..did anyone watch the sports news on fox today ..did it say anything about this? ------------------ im back...and ill be good this time
No, I don't think so... That report has a couple of holes in it: 1) If a NEWS STATION had reported this, dont you think anyone else would have gotten wind of it and reported it (ESPN, etc.)? We saw such a report verified by the Chronicle just a few days ago when Falk said it was down to Houston and Seattle. After all, if he agreed to sign at noon, SOMEONE would have learned of it by now. 2) After all this supposed haggling and trickery, why would Falk suddenly decide "Oh, forget the money! My greed blinded me to the fact that Houston's exception has been the best option all along!" In other words, if this was Falk's plan don't you think he would have done it a long time ago? Of course, it could be that Falk had nothing to do with the delay in negotioations, contrary to our suspicions, and really it has been Taylor himself that has been grappling with the decision before being convinced today in Chicago by our own Rudy T. to join the exciting young Rockets. Really, there's only one way to know for sure: if there's a press conference tomorrow... ------------------
