According to the Houston Chronicle, Rockets officials met with Taylor last Monday, and received encouragement that Taylor would consider signing with the Rockets. The Raptors were believed to have the best chance of signing Taylor but the forward is likely to refuse a multiyear deal. "Mo's going to take less money and take the one-year exception," agent David Falk said.
