Are those the middle-level seats? Dugout seats are only slightly more expensive than that, but so much closer, so I am curious as well.
There not bad view wise but honestly its just air conditioned, carpeted and just a few different food options. Its not bad just WAY overpriced...nice Ice Cream though.
You get a more "private" and nicer concourse with better food options. There are also areas for parties and such. Its also a pretty good level to enjoy a game at as you can see everything very well without being insanely far away. With all that being said, its overpriced for what it is.
cool. I was just wondering. I have field box near the third base line (row 3) tonight and i think i paid $39 per ticket. I went online today just to see what was left and i did "best available"....those club seats came up for $44 and it got me wondering
The popcorn tastes better(I think they use more butter or something) and the bathroom is nicer and more private... That's about the only thing I felt was of more value. The view is nice as well but for the same money or less you could be closer.
Club seating has Better Food Hard Liquor Waitors at your seat for food and drinks that take Credit Cards A/C and TVs inside Bar and gourmet cafeteria But IMO I like the crawford boxes better especially if you bring some binocs. Our companies seats are in the club section next to the Super Fan seats They get two people from the upper deck and move them into these 2 seats that are recliner chairs with hd television plus you get can see the game. I would love to have those seats. I am always jealous of the people that get chosen.
I have tickets to tonights game and on the ticket under "section" it says "COKE". Anyone know what that means?
Speaking of Minute Maid, is anyone else getting fed up with it? The chick-fil-a flag poles, the train, etc. Blegh.
The train was a dumb idea to begin with but I got over it a long time ago...besides that hey anytime you can get free chick-fil-a I am down with it!
I never had a problem with the train, but then I don't really seem to notice it too much more now anyways. But I like that MMP has it's own uniqueness. Not so much the Chick-Fil-A poles, but the train/tracks, Tal's Hill and the center field pole, the crawford boxes. Nice little quirks. When I was watching the All-Star game I thought to myself how bland Busch II looked. I know that's what they wanted, but to me it's kind of boring.
It's better than having a man in a costume go down a big yellow slide after every HR. I dig the train. GO STROS!
love me some MMP. honestly, after years and years of watching baseball in the astrodome, so far removed from the action, i can't imagine ever complaining about MMP.
same here. I didn't like it at first, but I went to the Metrodome last year and it reminded me of how crappy the Astrodome was.
It wasn't always just a yellow slide. Although still the precursor, the slide once had a destination...it would take the aforementioned 'man in a costume' into a large mug of beer. The PC crowd put an end to that.
I sat in club one time. A foul ball fell three rows in front of me. I usually sit in field level or upper deck. Never been in thr Crawford box.
I think the club section in MMP is one of the best. It is a fantastic way to watch a game. The view is good, and the additional amenities make it a great experience.
