So this Swedish guy has been on an all-hamburger diet. He's lost 60 lbs. And I'm fairly certain that I'm not the only one on this board a little overweight (5'9" 206 lbs. here). So has anyone tried this? Or would anyone want to try this?

Being that we're in Texas, it wouldn't be that bad. You just buy extra lean ground beef and use no ketchup/mayo (which I don't like anyway).
And, yes, I would absolutely do this.

Yeah, you can eat pretty much anything as long as you portion it right and work out.

He's going to have liver problems eventually if he lives on a specific diet like that.

'Cause burgers are cheap and delicious. And seeing I always use whole wheat buns, 93-97% lean ground beef, and lots of vegetables, they're among the healthiest things I cook.

    ...really

Its all swell that he is trying to lose weight and has done so using diet and exercise, but I was reading his blog and he doesn't really mention what his cholesterol or blood pressure readings are.

If I remember correctly, Dr. Atkins had a heart attack and congestive heart failure before he died. He was about 260 lbs as well which is considered obese for someone who is 6 foot tall.

well no doubt you can make a healthy meal out of a lean burger and whole wheat bread but to eat that everyday or even every meal? chicken is cheap too.
