My translation related to Ming's quote.

Weak Teams Kept Knocking Down the Rockets; Ming Tastes Loss in His Own Way

During the postgame conference, a cassete recorder fell onto Ming's leg and to the floor. It belongs to a reporter from Houston Chronicle.

"Don't hate me because we lost." Ming begged the reporter. Everybody started laughing in the room.

Even after a loss, Ming still fill the room with laughers. He let people know that he is tasting the loss in his own way.

    ...

After the loss to Memphis, Ming said, "Gasol is one of the most difficult 7 feet centers that I have played. He uses many tricks."

After the loss to Clippers, Ming said, "We (Rockets) become strong team when facing strong teams, and weak when facing weak teams. It is like quiz question in school. One takes good care of hard questions, but often misses on the easy ones."

    ....

Ming said, "We learn something from every loss."

    Another one

One reporter asked, "You are starting to use head fakes more often on, while you rarely used them earlier on. Does this mean you are becoming more aggressive and using more offensive tricks now?"

Ming said, "Of course. The opponents didn't pay much attention to me when I first started playing here. So I did not use those tricks that I already learned in China. Now they are studying me and putting up strategies just against me. Of course I need to be more aggressive."
