Ok..Ive been thinking about this..and nobody here on the board is considering Yao's opinion. We all seem to look at him liek he is a drone that will be controlled by his environment. That he will have no say in changing steve or any Yao haters except for by playing well. Also were all acting like theres no pressure on him...Do you understand that people actually expect him to stop Shaq?? He wont be able to do it (even if he is good). At least not for a few years. Id like the rockets (or Craig Sager..or Jim Gray hahah)to say something to Yao about what stevie has been saying...See what he thinks about it. From the interviews ive read seems like Yao would take it in stride and say something clever back.. Hopefully Yao takes this whole ideal lightheartedly.
