Sorry, no link or anything, but the Warriors/Mavs game is exciting. Techincals everywhere, the game is one of the most intense I've ever seen, and the Warriors are down by 8!

Anyways, Mike Dunleavy looked to have been fouled as he drove the lane, then put up a shot, that looked to have been goaltended. When the ref called an offensive foul, Dunleavy went beserk. He was in his face, you could read his lips, and it definitely wasn't pretty. As he stormed off the court, he took of his jersey and threw it in the crowd, and stormed out. A teen-ager caught it, and immediately started wearing it. Good television!

    It's playoff-type basketball. I'm loving it.

I hate Dirk, he always get the calls and always thinks he gets fouled on every play. He sucks. He wouldn't be half the player he is without the refs.

The other technical was on Avery Johnson.

Playoff-like atmosphere. I know the Warriors always look promising, but like was said in that thread a few days ago they have a chance to be a playoff team next year...especially if Davis is healthy.

They are losing this one right now...but they're playing like they really want it.

How many free throws did he have that game? How many times did he REALLY get fouled. You can't touch him. And on offensive fouls, he always get the benefit of the doubt. Just like right now against Dunleavy, Dirk was moving. It was a no call or foul on him. The only thing Dirk has going for him is he knows he can get calls when he wants and he can shoot the ball. Otherwise, he is a baby, his D sucks, and doesn't pass the ball.

he doesn't pass because nellie told him to soot the ball or sit, he told nash the same thing (its been 2-3 seasons ago). now that avery is in charge lets see if that changes, his d has been improving as well.

This game is a good one. I just mentioned it in the DET thread instead of starting a new one.

There are a lot of T's in this game. It's exciting.

    Go GS!

oh and building on seeing mario elie on the gs bench, mark bryant is a coach for the mavs, and didnt AJ get drafted by the rockets? i wonder how many other houston alum are coaching in the league. jent is in orlando... who else?

Because it is more socially acceptable than, say, whipping it out?

I don't know if AJ was drafted by the Rockets, but he did spend some time playing for the Houston Rockets.
