Anyone know if he's happy in Dallas?

how about trading Walt + our first rounder for him?

Being in the DFW area, I wish we could get Finley. Even with the glut we have at guard. He is awesome on the floor and is not a loudmouth or a braggart. Really great offensive game. I don't see him b****ing about being a Maverick, though. Then again, maybe he's just holding it in... [IMG]

Anyone know how long he is signed for?

I think he's be a great fit for this Rockets team. He's just about to enter his prime too. He knows that the Mavericks are going nowhere. The only way we can get him is via free-agency or maybe trade in the last year of his contract because Cuban's not stupid enough to let him go for nothing.

About $8 Million a year with player option in 2001. They attempted to shop him this December but did not pull the trigger. God only knows what Nelson and Cuban will do. Actually, I hear Nellie is gone come this summer and Donny will not be coaching either as announced at the beginning of the season.

A lot may depend on what Cuban does. He looks like a hands-on owner.
