I'm guessing you're taking a trip there to get sick. Just be sure to take it to another city before you come back to Houston... we already have enough over here.

    Bingo

And there's more... had to do some research on Mexico City and it's pretty interesting what kind of stuff has originated from there in the past.

Lol no. The fact that he'd actually want to wish that tinman take it (IF he even came down with it) to another city is pretty ****ty.

I just arrived here this afternoon and was somewhat shocked. I was expecting something way bigger, but the place I'm at, Polanco, is very very nice.

I haven't eaten anything yet, but I'll start slow and see how my stomach reacts before trying more. The taxis in Mexico are really good. Just make sure to do some shopping at the airport for a good price. One guy quoted me $30 bucks and another was half that price to go to he same place.

Way bigger? Its a HUGE city if you actually drive through all of it.

I go there twice a year so I know my way around there. Just dont wear any fancy watches or chains and you will be ok. Also dont carry too much money around. Nothing has ever happened to me there and I spend a month every year there. U should really get some tacos from the corner stands, they are the ****. Ask for "Tacos al pastor", u wont be dissapointed.

I've never been to Mexico City. I've been to Sao Paulo before, and they seem to be quite similar from what I've read. Is one any more "dangerous" than the other?

AA had a good deal r/t Mexico City and wanted to go but a friend said it was dangerous...drug cartel more than anything else...

I use to travel there a lot over 10 years ago and loved it but have no idea how safe it is...Los Pinos is a good area IIRC, the mexican white house, hard rock cafe, etc...
