This morning, there was an open practice for the University of Michigan basketball team, which by the way looks pretty sharp for the upcoming year. Anyways, my friend and I came in and sat courtside watching the game and 5 minutes later, Rudy T. walks by me and I yell his name out and he says, "How's it going?" and walks away. When the open practice ended, I went up to him and took a picture with him. Very nice guy, was talking to everybody. When I was leaving, I passed by Juwan and went up to him to take a picture, but he was busy flirting with some chicks, so i just took pics of him from the side. Anyways, heres the link. http://community.webshots.com/album/447656860GBIWFl
Rudy T is a great guy. He's been my neighbor in Houston for the last few years and he's one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. His wife is also one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. I wonder if he's still helping the Rockets in anyway? I hope they give him a really nice office position but one that doesn't involve him deciding the player's salaries...
I heard Rudy kept his house in Houston - he is widely hated and despised for past draft picks on this site. I am a fan of Rudy.
his wife sophie owns the ice cream shop stucchi's on richmond and weslayn... i think that is where it is. lol man i haven't been to houston in a while. supposedly he still has his house in houston still and u can see him or his wife walking the dogs....Great guy.... I don't think anyone here hates Rudy. Rudy helped us to get two rings and trophies..... Has any other coach gotten us a championship yet? So I really doubt we'd hate our old coach who still has the heart of a champion. I wish him only the best and hopes he stays healthy. He's a heck of a guy and his picks weren't soooo bad he just tends to overpay some of the players. He's still a great coach and even now I wouldn't mind having him back to coach the Rockets if JVG leaves. Go Rudy Go
The real question is whether UMich will finally figure out who to compete nationally in basketball again.
