This is pretty exciting for Houston. Currently locations in Santa Fe, Denver, and Las Vegas. I highly recommend the experience, its been a huge success here in Denver. Hard to compare it to anything else. Its very unique, immersive, odd, interactive, detailed. There is usually a spectrum of people partaking in adult recreational substances that enhance the experience (recommended), but also enjoyed by families with their children. Cool stuff.

Like. It elevates the concept of houses/museums that used to have secret passageways and pushes that envelope. Everyone loves discovering and following a secret passage. Think a license like Harry Potter could take something like this to another level and make easy money. You could even have a hidden speak easy in some of these and rake in drink money. Might even imagine an entire theme park executing the idea like universal. So very much like the creativity and the guts to execute it. But they are first to market and easily could get washed out by bigger franchises down the road.

Cool concept, but who is going to want to go party/partake/park their car in 5th ward?

HOUSTON'S HOTTEST CLUB IS MEOW WOLF!!! This place has everything. Six inch replicas of the Eiffel Tower. Gentrification. Ring pops. And chimney sweeps.

The location is right behind St.Arnolds brewery, just outside of downtown. So not smack in the middle of the hood.

They just opened a huge apartment development nearby. That part of the city has resisted gentrification quite a bit longer than I thought it would given its proximity to downtown/heights, but I don't think that's gonna last much longer. Once a toehold is established it happens quick.

This is apparently a pretty huge development, I'm sure they did their homework.

Ahh, that makes more sense. The report said in middle of 5th ward. I grew up right down the road (greater 5th ward) and wouldn’t go there by choice

What's that in the corner? It's a human suitcase...

    Uhhh..what's a human suitcase?

It's when a midget on rollerskates wears all of your clothes and you pull him around the airport.

I've been to the original in Santa Fe a couple of times. It's pretty cool.

It looks interesting. Kind of like the immersive Van Gogh exhibits.

They sent out an email announcing they were shutting down for COVID the night before we were supposed to go back in 2020. Can't wait for the installation up here in Grapevine to open this summer.

Think if someone could combine all the secret doors and passages ways leading into a major modern art like you might find at the renwick, I would have fun in that. My fear going into something like this is that I'll be looking at mostly just collected junk. Hope it's better than that. Think they have the idea of something. Really do. But my gut tells me it needs elevating for for me to get something more from the experience.
