I used to read Men's Health all the time, but a year and a half ago I was able to get a great deal on a 3month subscription to Men's Fitness. I prefer Men's Fitness for their workout plans, but Men's Health is the more interesting read overall because of the variety of their articles.

They are really 2 different types of magazines though.
Men's Fitness = Primarily fitness, not too much fluff.
Men's Health = Wide range of health topics ranging from fitness and nutrition, to stress relief and prostate cancer.

subscribing to either one isn't worth the money, if you actually paying for it. you can easily read/find all kinds of workout regimens just by googling. of course, if you want something to read while on the ****ter, i guess it's ideal.

They have very basic workout plans. Workout plans for those who are either just getting into shape or have been out of it for awhile. Men's Health is good for your overall health, they are usually up to speed on all the latest studies, vitamins & supplements to help prevent this illness and that illness down the road. They are also decent on Men's nutrition.

When I had it, Men's Health, over the course of 2 issues, suddenly turned into a semi-Maxim with health tips. I was like, "WTF?" So now the magazine is "meh." I did not renew my subscription. (Then again, I got it for free originally, anyway. :) )

Thanks to www.slickdeals.net I'm getting Men's Fitness for FREE! I received my first issue yesterday.

Check out the free magazines section of the forums. Deal probably still isn't up.
