No. If it is deemed that Howard will be out for all of next year, which has not been said at this point, we would receive a medical exception for 1/2 of Howard's salary next year- 2.95 million. Since the odds right now of Howard being out for next year are slim, and a <3 mill exception that can not be aggregated with the MLE is relatively insignificant in terms of our PF search, and this has no bearing on our current situation, I would say that this is a pretty moot issue.
