    ...when warmed up.

I'm eating some pot roast from last night and it's way better than when it was just cooked last night.

Lasagna seems to fall under this category for me too.

    Lasagna, Enchiladas, Calzone, Meatloaf.

I actually think I have a real talent for re-heating food.

I can't think of anything that's better the next day, but I do like mixing leftovers with something the next day for breakfast. Leftover Mexican food (esp. fajitas and enchiladas) are awesome the next morning with a couple of fried eggs on top. Same with baked potatoes, steak, all kinds of stuff.

I've yet to meet anyone who can top my pot roast.

Why can't it be cold? Like cold pizza and arroz con leche. I swear, arroz con leche is pure awesomeness after it's been in the fridge for a day.

I can't think of any that are better when warmed up again.

Soups and stews and chili can be better reheated the next day.

    I generally agree.

I think some of the items mentioned here are edible and in many cases still tasty when reheated...

    ...but they don't taste better.

I can't think of anything. I can get things to taste just as good but I can't think of anything that actually tastes better after being refrigerated and reheated.

Ramano's Macaroni Grill's pasta. I order an appetizer and a 'create your own' pasta. I always have some pasta left over so I can eat the next day. Use the oven, not microwave.

This curry my fiance makes (I think it's the Golden Curry brand?). It thickens in the fridge a bit, and even when re-heated it remains a bit thicker than when fresh. It's better when it's thicker and not so runny, IMO! (she agrees)

Anything with a heavy flavor like Gumbo and Chili always tastes better the next day after the spices have set in a bit. Any food reheated with the oven or stovetop is ALWAYS better than reheated in the microwave.

Oh, hey, that reminds me of another one:

    Fish Tacos.
