I like the EAS Edge CarbControl ready made ones. French Vanilla is the best. Walmart sells them in 4 packs for like $5.50. If you go for the powder types, make sure you use milk and not water when blending..it makes a huge difference in taste.

Do any of these give you bad trips to the toilet until your system gets used to it?

I buy the Myoplex Lite ready to drink shakes. I've had just about all of the flavors and they are good. They are a little pricey though, so recently I just bought some protein and combine it with some fruit or oats for my own home-made shake. You can buy them in 4 packs at HEB for around $8.

    GNC Mega MRP, chocolate.

I have one every morning. Mix it the night before and put it in the fridge. Much better tasting than Myoplex IMO. Cheaper too, especially with your GNC card.

Go with the EAS Myoplex lite like some here have suggested. It comes premade and ready to drink. A little expensive, but worth it i think.

I like the powder.. if you want to try them out first to see what flavor you like you could try E-BAY

That link looks like the old style bags so you should make sure they are fresh, but you could pick up a few of each flav in one auction to see what you like for cheap..

Ensure. they have vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. You'll need more than one though.

If you're trying to avoid carbs, Ensure is loaded with them. It's also loaded with sugar from what I recall. I think the first 2 ingredients are sugar and water (I could be wrong about that). I remember drinking all those drinks like Ensure, Glucerna, etc. when I worked at a pharmacy. Ensure was about the only one that tasted decent.

Alright, I just picked up a 42 Myoplex lite chocolate cream pack for $46 bucks at DNC...seemed to be a pretty good price and I also got them to throw in the free shaker that I saw other stores offering so if there are better prices let me know..hope it tastes good :confused :D

You bought some Myoplex at the Democratic National Convention? :D

Like I said earlier, I buy the GNC Mega MRP. I think it tastes better than Myoplex. I have a GNC card and if you buy during the first 7 days of the month, you get 20% off. Works pretty well since that's about the time I run out anyway.

With my discount, I can get 20 MRP's for 29.99.

Yea well..it's not quite GNC but DNC is Discount Nutrition Center...there's one on 1960 and another on Westheimer and San Felipe..
