I have EXCELLENT confirmation that the NY Knicks are interested in obtaining T-Mac for Marbury and maybe a pick coming back to Houston. I didn't have a chance to really get into the call with the guy that I know who works at a MAJOR sports station affiliated with FOX (he has really gotten me some good info before so no need to doubt him now) but if someone can check, there is an expiring contract next year and that is the key to why the Knicks and Rockets are interested in the swap. I don't know if some posted this somewhere around. I just got the call not even 20 minutes ago but I could be late. I wont be able to update this story because I am actually traveling tonight. If I hear anything else, I promise to post faster than that whole job fiasco! Sorry to add this in... Thomas wants a little more back from the Rocks because he senses that T-Mac will be an unhappy camper with such an awful team. Again, I don't know the status of T-Macs contract but I am assuming he is the one expiring next year and Thomas will like to make cap room.

Why the hell would the Rockets want Marbury? No thanks And I thought the Rockets weren't shopping T-Mac. Or is this what the Knicks have offered the Rockets? I would never do that trade, EVER!
Wow, I'd prefer we trade Tmac for Sam Cassell, Cuttino Mobley, and somehow get the spurs to give up Robert Horry
I would trade for Deng and Hinrich before thinking about getting Marbury. Plus, T-Mac isn't going anywhere. It's all still speculations.
Straight up???!!! That is beyond horrible. Even at Tmac's current deflated value. We need to get their first round picks for the next 5 years to make this fair (UNPROTECTED FIRST ROUNDERS).
