I just watched it again, and he meant as in dictate. Not dictator like ruling a country, but as in to WRITE like a secretary etc. But whatever, either way poor choice of words I guess. His "my fellow prisoners" was worse imo. But you know what, people have slip ups all the time. Nothing new. Not really "news" worthy IMO.
Agreed. I believe this is from the Des Moines Register interview, when he was slightly testy. yeah but the original poster is more concerned about getting attention rather than sounding intelligent so you have to take that into account.
