Maybe there is some good that will come of all this.

Do we have any pride left on this team. Does adversity truly breed character. If so what is the character of this team. Is it one to fold and give up or one that will get up off the mat and fight. Fight like there is no tomorrow and to make the playoffs. There is a prescendent from last years New York Knicks.

December 16th 2007. The brawl between the New York Knicks and the Denver Nuggets. It was an ugly scene that led to 10 players (five on each team) getting suspended for a number of games. The harshest penalty (15 game suspension) was handed out to the leading scorer in the league, Carmello Anthony.

The New York Knicks were already a bad team, winning only nine of 26 games until that ugly night. Ironically the next team that the Knicks had to face was the second best team in the league, the Utah Jazz, who had won 18 of their 24 games. The Knicks only had eight players for the Utah game. Knicks fans expected the worst. Surprisingly the Knicks beat Utah that night. Since the brawl and the suspensions, the Knicks have 13-11 win-loss record.

I don't get it. Beat a good team, but still suck after that? I see the 13-11 record, but I thought we were going for a Championship this year.

I agree, if this team folds because of today's demoralizing lost, then it is better for us to find out now then later after another heartbreaking first round exit.

Assuming that we make it to the playoffs, we are like 10th in the west right now.

I keep telling myself that, but I keep getting disappointed. I still think the Rockets will get it together, but something needs to change first.

This is probably OT, but if you look at the top elite teams this year other than the Spurs and the Celtics, they have all had some terrible losses. Phoenix just lost to the Heats tonight. Mavs losing to the Wizards a couple of weeks ago.

We are 11-11, I think if we get our acts together everything is possible. I am being very optimistic though.

Thing are all messed up right now! Yao can't recognise what team he is on and Tracy is about to need a rest period. The Coach was hoping for a resurection of his Sacramento and very slowly is coming to the conclusion that he is in a nightmare and hopes to wake up sooner rather than later.
Our team is a collection of loosers, put together by our new Management Mr. Morey. Possibly he may learn many lessons from this season for the benefit and survival of the Houston Rockets. :p WE live in hope!
