Really, really sucks!!! It all started with some frozen chicken bbq strips... I'm pretty positive that I've been poisoned just because my brother and I ate the same food and HE is as sick as me on the same day. I threw up multiple times, I have felt very dizzy, and I'm pretty sure diarrhea is coming on its way as well... I'm feeling like complete **** and I can't even go to the doctor today because it is CLOSED... Is it a sure bet food poisoning??? Any suggestions?

Not enough info to say that it's definitely food poisoning, but it sounds like it. If it is, you're gonna feel like garbage for a few days and you're going to have the squirts. Stay hydrated. You probably don't need to see a doctor, but if you feel it's necessary go for it.
Damn, good luck. Last time I had it, I felt like a weak ragdoll constantly on the toilet for hours and felt like **** staying on the same couch the whole week.
I just took that too! Hopefully I get better, it's been a really awful weekend for me especially with the Rockets losing painfully last night.
Were the chicken strips cooked long enough? If not, you could have salmonella. The main symptom of that is frequent, watery diarrhea.
Yes, water, you have to keep your fluids up. Food poisoning was the worst sickness I've ever gone through in my life, I felt like crap. If your able to post on the board I don't know if you really have food poisoning, I curled up in a ball for 3 days straight puking my guts out. Or maybe your less of a p#ssy than I am.
I don't think you're supposed to take stuff like Imodium when you have food poisoning, but I'm no doctor. Of course, I could probably say "go eat ex-lax with 2 teaspoons of arsenic" and people on forums would run and do it "cuz the Internet sed so".
Seconded. Diarrhea and vomiting is the body's attempt to expel whatever bug/toxin in the system. Taking Immodium may alleviate the symptoms but may actually prolong the infection/intoxication by retaining it. -Med Student
Whenever I have food poisoning the Imodium never stays down anyways. It's just going to be a grueling 6-8 hours of sitting on the toilet crapping and vomitting into a bucket at the same time. It sucks, but it won't last forever.
