There was a thread recently about the Rockets on espn. A loser from Utah brought up clutchfans for no reason and replaced the n in clutchfans to a g. It’s amusing to know that other people in different states know about clutchfans.
As a non-biased observer, some of you guys can be pretty homer-ific, but it's tolerable. Mavs fans on the other hand are awful. If any of you have read "Seven Seconds Or Less", the book that Jack McCallum wrote about his year with the Phoenix Suns (and it's DEFINATELY worth the read), you'll get a whole new dislike for the Mavs and their fans. Mavs fans are possibly the worst in all of sports. I would say Raiders fans (go Broncos), but at least they're entertaining with their plastic swords. Mavs fans have no redeeming value what-so-ever.
I like how you pick one guy's opinion on a Mavs board and imply that all Mavs fans hate ClutchFans. And most of the bs from Mavs fans you read are from children.
I just wish that none of us would stoop to their level. It is just classless and reflects poorly on our fan base when we start talking crap about who's message board is better. By not responding to immature shots at us as fans gives us character. For the long-term Rockets fans here you and me both have seen the best of both worlds, the winning and the losing. That's what being a true fan is all about, not just being there when your team is doing well and I like to think that we are that kind of true fan. For the Mavs fans who have been there for the long run, well good for them. But those who have hopped on in the last five or so years are probably the ones just looking for a reason to hate on us. I personally think we are better than that. I'm not saying that you have to like the Mavs, because I don't care for them much at all, but respect them as a team. Do you think Tracy and Yao are in the locker room looking for reasons to make fun of them? No. They're busting their asses getting ready for the playoffs. Ridiculing them is a waste of time. Discussing the options and ways that could help the Rockets defeat them in the playoffs is not. Please do not stoop down to their level...

Does it matter what other people think? I been on a different NBA forum where people think Clutchfans is filled with nothing but idiotic homers just like any other fan forum site. But to us, Clutchfans is great. Everyone is going to have their own opinion. To be honest, I don't think we are the better than any other forum or "smarter" than any other forum like lots of people here say. With all the great things on Clutchfans, theres still a large amount of ridiculous threads that hurt this forum, just like any other forum.
It feels good to be hated by Mavs' fans. Incidently, Terry is eating Paul's lunch after two quarters. Paul is 1 for 7, I think Terry has only missed one shot and has 17 points at the half. Wow. Paul doesn't give Dallas fits like he does the Rockets.
I agreed. I like clutchfans.nets because here i got the latest updated information about the team and the players, videos clips, links to live games, pictures of the players etc etc., does mavs forum provide all these??? But i admint i do find some of the posters here quite homer, their hate/love to certain players and teams are childish! For me, i only hate kobe and amare!
