Courtside Countdown of nba.com just ranked the top ten plays of the week and Taylor's dunk over Shawn Bradley came in at number four. When I was watching that clip I paused it to see how high Maurice Taylor was. I saw Taylor's elbows by 7-foot 6-inch Shawn Bradley's face. He was about 12 feet in the air for that dunk. In my opinion Taylor's dunk over Bradley was better than Derek Anderson's tomahank dunk and Vin Baker's buzzer-beater which was both ranked higher than Taylor's dunk.
Shandon Anderson' s putback dunk came in at number 9. I think nba.com made a mistake because they said Kenny Thomas powerful putback dunk. I clearly saw Anderson dunk the basketball. I think they got mixed up because the commentor said Kenny Thomas missed the shot and shortly after that Anderson put it back.
