For those of you who dont understand His line "Hey Budinger, let's Party!" It's from the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High where its "Hey Bud, lets party", and the line "He's got an awesome set of tools" is a little misquoted. The character that says the lines name is Jeff Spicoli, hes a beach bum and i guess shares a slight resemblence to Chase.. i think its pretty funny. Yeah I always thought that guy from Ghost and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest looked like JVG. I didn't know he was in this movie too. IMDB'ed him, his name is Vincent Schiavelli and he died in 2005.
