I enjoy listening to Bull talk about the Rockets on Thursdays. The story he told about how Hakeem thought Mountain Dew was beer and Bull was trying to trick him was funny.

didn't happen last season..i think the winning is the #1 reason. there's still considerable astros talk...which i love. but i think the complaints about them not fostering rockets talk have been addressed.

I've been listening to 610 sports lately more because of the Rocket talk. The morning guys, and late night host Matt Jackson, those guys are passionate about that Rockets, and its sincere, with the afternoon guys, I don't get that same feeling. But they're trying.
610 is getting much better. I still hate it when they start talking about Longhorns and Aggies? Who in the world gives a **** about that?
Their fans and people with ties to those schools. What? You want them to talk about your HCC Waterponies?
I heard part of it. He talked about his ESPN Dream Job gig. Says the first show airs this Sunday. Nobody gets kicked off this week. Next week is when the start the elimination round.
Bullard is the WORST most BLAND zero on radio in recorded history. He rivals legends of pre-literate man's sleep monster fever dreams. He is the walking corpse of platitudes, ever-somnolescent, like the air escaping from a slowly deflating ball. I have never encounted such bad vanilla. So Whitebread. So plain lofat yogurt. Vanilla used to be a spice. It used to have flavor. Yes, "Vanilla" is far too flattering for that cold, dead, fish. For God's sake, get some balls out your skirt and find a real man for the mike.
LOL! Although I would not put it in such a 'colorful' way as you have, I dislike Bullard's commentary as well. He did not really say much on the show that is worth mentioning at all. My favorite Rocks on 610 are CD and JVG, they are both insightful and you really get something out of their interviews. They represent intelligent Rockets talk. The occasional player interview here and there are not bad either. But Air Bull usually lives up to his name and talks a lot of air. I guess I will just tune in next time it is JVG or CD, probably the new Jon Barry show too. Oh, and Van Chancellor ain't too bad either, if you learn to get past the accent
