since the texans didnt address their need for a wr to complement the beast that is aj80, you think harrison could be an option?? according to his agent, he is not retiring...just throwing it out there.....it would obviously have to be a small contract.... http://www.rotoworld.com/content/HeadLines.aspx?sport=NFL&hl=143633

What need exactly? Kevin Walter proved to be one of the absolute best #2 receivers in football last season with 900 receiving yards. They also have a pro-bowl TE and a top 5 offense in football. Are you sure you are talking about the Texans?
It's like De ja vu all over again. We have one of the best receiving units in the entire league. I see him going to new england or philly.
At this stage in their careers, Walter is better than Harrison. Yeah, I said it. Harrison is old and is on the decline. Walter is 10 years younger and has put up really solid numbers for a #2 receiver the past 2 years. He had the 6th most receiving yards of any #2 WR in the league (to go with Andre who had the most receiving yards period). Walter will never reach the level Harrison used to be at, but right now I'd take him over Harrison. We had the most productive 1-2 WR combo last year (yes, better than Fitzgerald/Bouldin) and you think WR is a need for us?
We have probably the strongest, most complete receiving corps probably for 2 years straight now. KW showed his strength when AJ went down, and Davis was a highlight reel of one handed circus catches. I don't know the plans for JJ anymore, but he was a push for last season as a WR. And Marvin Harrison? Eric Moulds anyone?
