loki can't be the baddie, at least not the tva loki. that loki found jesus and is now only doing things halal. also kang can't be the ultimate baddie since he's basically just a stark with a time machine. which leaves us to the real baddie, the eternals. not even @Xerobull breh liked it, so they are now the villain.
Lowkey, Jeebus, Moohammed vs Eternal Bads....I'd watch that superhero trio if one of them was non-binary and Zack Snyder directed in Blacks n Whites.
If they explained Palpatine's return with any sort of coherence, could someone break it down for me, years after that pile of crap movie was released? "The other director turned Luke into a wuss living on a rocky island in the middle of nowhere, and killed off Snoke, and Carrie Coke-and-coke Fisher is dead, so let's uh....bring back Palpatine!" "But he's dead. Anakin redeemed himself killing Palpatine. He's over. Done." "'Over'? Did you say, 'Over'? Was it....over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?"
Thing is, they aren't in the business of making good coherent stories in movies anymore. They aren't even in the business of making good movies in general anymore. They recycle anything that puts people in the seats because we tend to always have high hopes for something we enjoyed in the past and was financially successful to them.
Even "great" new movies aren't so....great. "Killers of the Flower Moon". Book? A+ awesome. If you haven't read it, do. If you do read it, then the movie will be a big-time letdown. C+ at best. Great acting, but put everything in the store window and left nothing in the rest of the store, and removed Lily Gladstone's Mollie as the centerpiece so we could justify Leonardo's $25,000,000 pricetag.
Spoiler Patrick Stewart and a lot of the Fox X-Men are going to make an appearance. They're from the same universe that the loser Wolverine ended up in at the end of Deadpool. Not exactly earth-shattering news as it was pretty heavily speculated that the Fox Marvel stuff would get a sendoff in Secret Wars.
