It'll help once somebody post the tweets. Thanks to whoever in advance. Maybe a mod can edit the title my first post with the necessary information and such.
I would LOVE to get Eric Gordon. I would love it even more to get him without giving up Royce White, but he definitely wouldn't hold me back from doing it.
Would prefer to keep White. But then again maybe I'm biased because he is The Most Interesting Rookie In the World and who know if he'll pan out (same applies to any of the rookies). Besides, he's really a PF (on defense) and the Rockets can spare a few. Wouldn't it be funny, though, if Hornets choose Patterson and Jones? They'll end up with the all Kentucky gang of Davis, Miller, Jones and Patterson.
The scary part about Gordon is that he played 62, 56 and 9 games over the last 3 seasons. Great when he played, but not the most durable guy.
How about no. I like Gordon, but he is very injury prone and not good enough to get us over the hump. A sign and trade with Martin and maybe PPat - alright, we can talk about that. Maybe even one of our young talents. But not 2-3. I would not feel comfortable to give up Lamb, White and Moti for him - and Martin is not just a throw in, but a real good scorer that could help teams that want to win now.
Injury riddle SG? Do we want another T-Mac in our hands? Look, I would rather keep our rookies, Gordon is a very good player but not someone I would be willing to overpay for. If it comes down to Gordon or our rookies, let's keep our rookies.
