Athletes get so much **** about being overpaid selfish assholes. You would think Mario Williams would be seen in a somewhat brighter light for giving some of his up when he stands to gain nothing.

He's throwing his money into a crowd of people. He's throwing his money into a crow of people. Sounds stupid but would you have rather see him do this with Pacman during the All-Star weekend in Vegas?

 

I sat right behind him (and Le$, and CD) for the Suns game last night. Was able to get his autograph for another fan sitting behind me who wimped out and couldn't ask him for it herself. He strikes me as the laid back type, and the funny thing is that a bunch of fellow courtsiders were wondering aloud who the heck he was. I pretty much had the same answer and kept getting a similar reaction, "He's Mario Williams (drew blank stares)...you know, the guy we drafted ahead of Vince Young?" which was immediately followed by a head shake or just general horror.

At least that was my impression...

Anyways, what he did there was somewhat reckless. You just don't throw money in the air at a crowd and hope for the best. Want to give your money away? Donate it to your local Red Cross or your favorite charity, you might even get a tax break for it.

 

VY gets out of his Benz and plays football w/some kids. Mario throws away his cash money.

I prefer the VY style.

What's odd is he made it rain during the wrong song. It would have been proper and have been "keepin it real" if he made it rain during, Fat Joe/Lil Wayne's version of that song.
