I usually read all the chats that the ESPN writer's do on a weekley bases. Sometimes there is some stupid comments by these guys. Here's what they said about our Rockets today.

Ted, The SLC: I have yet to see any writer/analyst pick the Jazz to advance to the WC semis. They all pick the Rockets to advance. Is this purely based on the fact that they haven't been to the playoffs in three years or is because they just want to see the Rockets advance?

Marc Stein: (11:49 AM ET ) Relax, Ted. No need for conspiracy theories. Writers/analysts aren't rooting against the Jazz. I honestly haven't seen much talk yet about a Rockets-Jazz matchup in either team's favor, but Houston is finally healthy. So I won't be surprised if the Rockets end up favored, in spite of Utah's regular-season excellence.

James, SinCity: Too much love for the Rockets.. Utah has a better group, bench, coach, record, etc.. they will sweep Yao-Mac combo and will be a real problem for the Mavs.

Marc Stein: (11:51 AM ET ) Sweep? No way. You forget that the Yao/T-Mac combo went seven games with the Mavs two short years ago and have a better team now than they did then, if only because Yao and T-Mac are better than they. The Jazz are going to be a tough out for anyone and can certainly get to Round 2, but sweep? Please.
