I've visited many times over the last 40 years but 2017 or 2018 is the most recent. Just arrived Sunday afternoon. There is one thing that stands out more than anything else: The near-constant smell of weed outdoors in many areas. Recreational use was legalized here 4 years ago and the impact is huge. Question: Is this the case in other states that have done the same?
