so, I make no claims to the veracity of the charges, but, as you've no doubt heard: Portland woman says Al Gore groped her in hotel room the woman in question appears to have been in the "Birkenstock Tribe", so there doesn't appear to be any political motive for her to lie. of course, she may just be insane, although one wonders why this is coming out now, rather than 4 years ago when the alleged assault happened. shoot the messengers: The National Enquirer broke the Edwards scandal. Rolling Stone brought down Obama's general. and just a general note, imagine the frenzy if this story involved a republican?

there was no outrage over john edwards. seriously is there any weaker claim than media bias? next the anit global warming people will come out and say he's a hypocrite for over use of women
I think there's no general outrage because while it's widely accepted that most politicians are scummy and perverted, at least the Dem side is usually not the one railing about family values and homosexual/deviant perversions ruining America etc.
